- Service Usage & Restrictions
All services are intended for lawful and ethical business use only. Any activity that violates telecom regulations or leads to system abuse may result in immediate service termination without prior notice.
- SMS & Call Limitations
Each virtual number includes a predefined SMS allowance. Additional SMS may incur extra charges as per service details. Misuse such as mass spamming or inappropriate content will not be tolerated.
- Account Access & Management
All services are fully managed by our technical team. End users will not be provided administrative or backend access unless specifically agreed in writing.
- Service Validity
Each subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Usage beyond the validity period requires renewal.
- Flagging & Suspension
In cases where a virtual number is flagged as spam by carriers or platforms, the number will be removed permanently and cannot be restored. Service abuse or suspicious activity may lead to automatic suspension.
- Billing & Payments
All invoices must be cleared before the expiry date to ensure uninterrupted service. Failure to pay by the due date will result in immediate suspension of services, without any grace period.
